Mientras, picar la cebolla, el ajo, el pimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adir la picada que acabamos de hacer. Saltear durante 3 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregar el arroz, el tomate sofrito y el caldo de verduras. Dejamos calentar hasta que hierva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bajamos el fuego a media temperatura durante 15-20 minutos (dependiendo de la tipolog\u00eda de arroz). Cocemos con la tapa puesta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apagamos el fuego, a\u00f1adimos las jud\u00edas pinta ya cocidas y las aceitunas cortadas.
