A\u00f1adimos la levadura, la harina integral y la miel y mezclamos bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la harina de fuerza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9 bien ligado a\u00f1adimos el aceite y la sal y lo amasamos hasta conseguir una masa el\u00e1stica que no se pegue en las manos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cuenco pintado de aceite, le ponemos la masa. La tapamos con un pa\u00f1o y dejamos que repose durante 1 \u00f3 2 horas.
